I love the classic Danish cuisine . This was my last meal before lockdown and it will be one of my first upon the reopening. It’s hard to go past a beer, schnapps and open face sandwich. I can’t recommend just one as they are all that good.
I previously worked for Broaden & Build, the brewery connected to Amass. Because of that, I got to know chef Matt Orlando very well. I have so much respect and admiration for what he's doing with the menu and can't wait to visit and see what they've been up to.
