Rouge Oysters

The Rouge Friday Pop Up- Tortellini Alla Panna
This Friday we have our lovely friend Chiara Righetti making the traditional tortellini alla panna - beautiful small tortellini filled with 3 different types of pork. Cooked up with a the nice creamy sauce. Chiara is a close friend, pasta maker and one of the best hostess we gat in Copenhagen. “When we where kids we didn’t have money for LEGO. So we played with pasta!” Menu: Foccacia ai pomodorini, Mortadella from Bologna, Tortellini alla panna 195,-. Should be served with Red Chianti Andone at only 150,- ONLY 30 PORTIONS ! So be fast !
